The event in question doesn't matter when dining at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill because they treat every customer like it's a truly special occasion. You can tell the staff truly enjoys their job and there is a strong sense of teamwork in the air. But what truly makes the atmosphere special is all the wonderful dishes being created, they have an extensive menu to select from such as, Grilled Mahi, Filet Mignon, Steak Au Poivre, and the list does on.
Vintage 95 is a chic upscale wine bar offering a modern American cuisine, utilizing locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Vintage 95 features a decorated wine bar, with one of the most beautiful wine cellar I have ever seen, which includes it's very own chandelier. As you would expect they have an enormous wine list, ranging from $40 to $3000 the bottle. This is a great place for a date night or the portion of a bachelorette party the relatives are invited to.
It's not all that common anywhere in this entire country (aside from Hawaii) to see a Hawaiian restaurant and Chandler is lucky enough to have 1 of the 2 Roy's locations in Arizona. The menu as expected is seafood heavy with many mouthwatering options but make no mistake they also have entrees such as Alaea Salt Crusted Hand Carved Ribeye in a Peppercorn Shoyu Brandy Sauce, and served with Truffled Bacon Mac & Cheese.
Sometimes you just want to set aside any air of pretension, dig in and make a mess. Well wouldn't you know, "BBQ" is exactly that. While everyone has their own opinion about what is and is not "real barbecue", we believe that any sane person would enjoy the bar-b-q offered at this laid back regional chain. In addition to the quality meat they also seem to put more love and care into their sides than others do.
